Chris Fameree has over 15 years of combined public accounting and industry experience. He has led and participated in numerous engagements including due diligence engagements, financial statement audits and other advisory projects.
Chris was a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group and Audit Group of a large regional CPA firm. During this time, Chris participated in numerous business combinations and due diligence assignments. These transactions ranged from $10 million to over $100 million in value. Chris also worked at a Big Four CPA firm, where he served lead roles on engagements from international Fortune 500 companies to closely held private manufacturers.
Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Wisconsin.
Allyson Turnbull has been a senior financial leader for thirty-five years. Allyson brings a multi-faceted background to provide corporate renewal services tackling challenges an organization is facing. Allyson is experienced in working with equity firms to facilitate investors, financial institutions, business owners and other stakeholders in the enhancement or recovery of investments.
She has been responsible for Corporate Strategy and Development with proven achievements in technology development and operational process improvements. Allyson has a background in overcoming complex business challenges and making high-stake decisions using experience-backed judgment, a strong work ethic and integrity, working in international, multi-cultural environments. She has extensive experience is managing multiple due diligence efforts for acquisitions by both private equity and corporate acquisition. The development of financial budgets, forecasts and scorecards that incorporate the complex dynamics that drive financial results which are required to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders is one of Allyson’s strongest skill sets.
Driven by a strong sense of urgency Allyson likes to fix what is broken by turning uncertainty and inefficiency into order and harmony. Resourceful and innovative, Allyson always searches out new ways to improve operations and elevate best practices.
